Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your Oodie items back into their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all tags and ribbons are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
